The 2015 Michigan Vintage Volkswagen club Kickoff meeting will be held at Aubree's in Depot Town. This meeting will be to discuss the upcoming events of the year, and present an update on what plans have already been made for this years Festival. The new Executive Board would like your input about events for this year including this years Vintage Festival.
We will meet in the upstairs area where we have met before.

We will be discussing the Saturday Cruise, Sponsorship updates, Volunteer updates, as well as getting your comments and suggestions to make this the best Festival ever. especially before you take it on a long trip! Spring and Summer projects and more!.
Bring your questions!
Lunch will be provided by Hungry Howie's and a $10 donation is requested to benefit
the Michigan Vintage Volkswagen Club.

We will meet at the Riverside park at 9:30Am and will caravan to the Yankee Air Museum Willow Run Airport (YIP), 47884 D Street, Belleville, MI 48111 At the Museum we will have a Slow Speed Slolom set up. We will have fun on a small timed course of cones that will average around 30mph and will show our driving skills, and will be a lot of fun for all. After we have gotten the thrill of driving our fine German machines around the course we will have a guided tour of the museum. After the tour we will caravan to the Comfort Inn at 2376 Carpenter Road , Ann Arbor, MI, US, 48108 for a Pizza Dinner complete with child and adult beverages (5.00 per attendee for the dinner). We can display our cars at the Hotel, drawing interest to our how/Festival the next day. 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm Pre-Registration Deadline May 8, 2015 Please Pre-register for the Pizza Party so we can determine how many pizzas to order.

We are right in the middle of the event next to the Harvey Kern Pavilion. There will be kids rides, german food and beer, dancing and entertainment like the Schuplatters dancing/music group. It is fun, free and a very German car friendly environment. Two cars Sat will be picked to be in the Sundays televised parade. Any questions please ask!!

German Park, Ann Arbor Township (Pontiac Trail, 0.7 miles southwest of Dixboro Rd., 1.0 mile southwest of North Territorial Rd.)
Specific details to come, but in the past we have had a "display" of our cars from 2pm to 3pm and then got in line to enter the park.

$5 admission to the park, food and drink for purchase

Ann Arbor's German Park is a German Cultural park offering food, beer and soft drinks, music and entertainment in a beautiful wooded, park-like setting. Provides outdoor seating and sheltered/indoor areas

We have a section of the lot to ourselves and can come and go as we please.
