There will be a Volunteer Thank you dinner after the Festival at Stick's (upstairs at Aubree's) for anyone who has volunteered during the festival. This is a paid for by the club so be sure to volunteer for at least one hour then join us for this thank you dinner.

Saturday, May 19, 2012:
Pre-Festival Cruise "To Hell and Back" - 11:00 a.m. thru 3:00 p.m.
This will be the special Dash Plaque for those going on the cruise.

Pre-Festival Banquet
The pre-festival banquet will be held at the FireHouse Museum from 6:00 - 8:30 pm
The Museum will be open for viewing during the banquet.
We will have a catered meal including dessert and beverages. (No Alcoholic beverages permitted!)
The cost of the Banquet this year is:
Member and Guest - $10.00 each person
Non-Member - $15.00 each person
Please RSVP print this form and mail it with your check or money order payable to MVVC.
Pre-Festival Car show
As always we will be having a pre-Festival car show after the Banquet in the Hotel parking lot. Join us for good conversations and fellowship. BYOB.

The 25th Annual MVVC Festival
Non-Judged Car Show Celebrating ALL Variations of the rear-engine VW – Originals, restorations, customs, race cars, drag cars, kit cars, dune buggies, trikes, ratrods, daily beaters…Everything rear-engine Volkswagen !
Things to do during the Festival.
9:00 am - 3:00 pm |
Hot Wheels Race Track(bring your own VW Hot Wheel or use one of ours) |

Face painting for the kids. |
11:00 am |
There will be a Magic show under the tent. |
12:00 am |
There will be a Show and Tell if anyone is interested in showing off their Vehicle and telling the crowd all about it. |
We have organized a non-perishable food drive to benefit
A Lifeline for Homeless Families.
Their organization will be on hand to collect donated items and give information about their services. Please plan on packing a couple of items in your VW for the food drive and save $2.00 on your admission.

Spectators Fee: $3.00 with food donation $5.00 without food donation
